- Inspired from the original Ayurvedic Moon Milk Recipe, these moon latte blends may help with immune support and calming the senses. These come in 3 different colours; Yellow, Blue and Pink. The colours come from natural ingredients e.g. turmeric gives the golden moon blend a yellow colour. These beautiful blends that I've adapted over many years come in three colours - there isn't much of a difference in the taste - but I love bringing colour and joy into whatever I create.
- Making a golden latte, it is a composition of turmeric, ashwagandha, spices, black pepper and magnesium glycenate. Turmeric is a superfood and ashwagandha is an adaptogen. Black pepper increases curcumin absorption by 2000%. This blend does not have any milk powder in it.
- 2) Making a pink latte, the Ruby Moon Latte is a composition of rose petals, beetroot, ashwagandha, spices and magnesium glycenate. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that may help the body calm down naturally. This blend does not have any milk powder in it.
- 3) Making a blue latte, the Blue Moon Latte is a composition of blue matcha, ashwagandha, spices and magnesium glycenate. Blue matcha is rich in antioxidants / caffeine free and ashwagandha is an adaptogen. This blend does not have any milk powder in it.
- Simply add 1/2 tsp of this blend to 1 cup of milk (dairy or plant-based) and heat on stove top or microwave until hot
- Comes in beautiful recyclable paper tube packaging with a lid so that you can keep this blend fresh for longer. Store in a cool dry place away from light.
- These blends have no preservatives or artificial flavours/colours. They are made from purely natural ingredients and added magnesium glycenate.
