Our Tio Lucas Single Origin Brazilian Arabica is roasted to a medium roast which brings out the complexity and fruitful tones to this naturally processed coffee. It is a favorite among many coffee drinkers & is part of our Salazar Range. Its sweet chocolaty tones can be enjoyed anytime of the day and is loved by our customers due to its mellow yet full bodied flavour. What are the traditional brew methods? Brazilian Coffee is traditionally prepared using a colador (cloth filter) The colador is widely used in South America. The filter coffee is then served black with sugar or without and is often referred to as Cafezinho.
