Directions

For Breakfast: Avocado and chilli flakes, cream cheese and smoked salmon, or a dollop of natural yoghurt with berries. For Lunch & Snacks: Hummus and cucumber, mature cheddar and pickle, or a simple spread of Marmite. For Supper: As an accompaniment to soups and salads, or topped with cottage cheese and chives.
